Insulated panel and door repairs

L&M Parnaby offer all coldroom door handles, coldroom door spare parts as well as coldroom door replacements. Being based in the Midlands means we have great transport links nationwide.

We can either supply like for like parts from Fermod and Bluseal or supply and fit.

If your coldroom is looking tired or in bad repair we offer a number of solutions to suit different budgets. Giving your coldroom a makeover has never been easier or more straightforward.

We carry out a range of service and repair options on all makes and models of coldroom doors. Your coldstore door could be costing you £££s every year due to badly fitting and worn seals or gaskets not being adjusted properly.

In addition to service and repair L&M Paranaby can also replace your doors, strip curtains or chequer plate to keep your production or storage facility looking the part. 

Space planning and product flow

At some point you may outgrow your current facility - but moving to a new facility might not be necessary.

L&M Parnaby can carry out a space planning and production flow analysis to see how you can get more from what you already have.

Mezzanine design and installation

Custom designed mezzanine floors ensure you make the most of your cubic meterage. We build mezzanines for a variety of locations including production/packaging/cold storage extensions.

L&M Parnaby's mezzanine floors are CE marked and can include fire rated ceilings, food safe columns and pallet gate loading solutions. 

Refurbishment to
AA+ BRC accreditation

L&M Parnaby have the knowledge and experience to get your project done with the least disruption to you. We stay up-to-date with the latest codes of practice to ensure that we only build to AA+ BRC standards - even if you don’t need BRC accreditation. 

Because we regularly work in live food production facilities we appreciate how critical it is to maintain food hygiene when we carry out our projects. We have built temporary extensions as well as supplying temporary coldrooms and offices for customers so they can continue their day-to-day production without being interrupted by major project work.

Walk-in chillers and freezers

From 10,000 square metre temperature-controlled distribution, storage and warehousing right through to 1 metre square walk-in coldstores, L&M Parnaby custom design from the ground up.

We purpose engineer cold storage facilities to ensure you're getting the right product to provide you with value for money in the long-term.

For example, turning one large chiller into a dual compartment incorporating a freezer can be an efficient way to make more of your space.
